Terms and conditions

• The service will be confirmed upon receipt of your online booking + payment.
• Payment: 100% at booking, non refundable.
• For payments in Amex: +3%, for payments in Visa/Mastercard: +1%, wire from outside E.U. not accepted.
• All equipment, including packages, must be rented for a minimum of 3 days except for the fitness equipment: minimum rental of 1 week.
• Any additional delivery or delivery after 5pm will be charged extra.
• Items missing or damaged will incur an additional charge.
• All beds are delivered with the necessary sheets for 1 week.
• For all beds (adults & babies) during the December Festive & Bucket weeks: minimum rental of 1 week.
• All equipment complies with current safety standards, including disinfection procedures.
• St Barth Provider will not be held responsible for any accident or injury occurring while using rented equipment.

Delivery

• Delivery fee: 50 euros per order.
• Extra fee for same day order, additional delivery or after 5pm delivery.
• Free delivery above orders of 150 euros.
